Description

The pump can handle oils with a viscosity higher than 50 mm2 / s (cSt) and greases with a consistency up to class NLGI 2 (class NLGI 3 on request). This pump continuously or periodically supplies lubricant to the friction units of machines and devices. In combination with progressive valves, it is recommended for use in facilities with a large number of lubrication points and a small demand for lubrication, with a small system span. As an alternative, it can be used in facilities with a small number of lubrication points, but with a high need for lubrication and an average spreading point. Depending on the number of working sections used, the pump can directly supply lubricant from 1 to 3 lubrication points. The use of progressive distributors powered by separate pump outlets allows increasing the number of lubrication points to even more than 100. The pump can be used on vehicles and working machines, mainly on buses, tractors, construction, utility, agricultural and forestry machines. It is also widely used in industry on various machines and
technological devices.

The pump can operate from 24 VDC. Current or 115/230 VAC Current protection class IP65. It can be equipped with an electronic control and monitoring module to control and monitor the operation of the pump and the entire system with progressive valves. The typical purpose of the pump mentioned above does not exclude its use after consultation with the supplier.
