Conveyor system

Conveyor systems are used in various industries:
1) Mining mines;
2) Power plants;
3) Cement and concrete plants;
4) Port cargo installations;
5) Other

Description

Conveyor belt systems are used to transport solid materials in large volumes. Such systems may be mobile or stationary.

The figure shows the assembly units of the conveyor system. The conveyor belt (1) moves along the surfaces of the rollers (3) mounted on the roller bearings (2).

The drive drum (4) imparts movement to the belt, and the tension drums (5) provide reciprocating movement of the conveyor belt to the drive part, leading to its tension. With the help of the loading installation, the transported load is placed on the tape. The tail drum (7) prevents the conveyor belt from moving to the side.

When the conveyor system moves cargo over long distances, special upper and lower adjustment drums (8, 9) are used, which do not allow the belt to slide off from a given direction.

The deflecting conveyor drums (10) allow the conveyor belt to run through the roller system. The control drum (11) is also used to adjust the entire belt system over long distances.

The conveyor system kit may include cleaning drums that help clean the belt of residual materials.
