Description
A filter is a device that removes solid particles from a working fluid. Filters are used to separate solid particles from liquid or dust from gas and are made of filter paper, fiberglass, wire mesh, fiber or granules.
The durability and quality of equipment operation directly depend on the quality of the filters used. The cheaper you buy a filter from an unknown manufacturer (first of all, this applies to non-European manufacturers), the sooner you will repair your equipment and the more you will pay for simple equipment.
The main characteristic of the filter is its dirt capacity. The more dirt the filter can hold, the longer it will last until replacement, but do not forget about the permissible pressure drop in the filter and filter element. A moment may come and the filter will break. And then not only new, but also old dirt will go into the working system. As a result, prepare money for the repair of expensive equipment. Therefore, it is clearly necessary to monitor the intervals for replacing the filter element !!!
