Description

Double row roller drive chains are designed to transmit torque from the drive shaft to the driven shaft. The double chain can absorb high loads and torques that have beats.

The outer side plates of the links are snug against each other. This design allows you to use only special sprockets with a regulated pitch and distance between the sprockets.

The assembly of double-row chains is carried out in several stages:

  • assembly of links;
  • roller insertion;
  • rivet ends of the rollers.

The assembly of the links includes the addition of side plates, between which the rollers are inserted. Rollers, depending on the specific type of assembly process, can be inserted after link assembly, or during the process itself. The rivet of the ends of the rollers takes place on a crimping machine, where both ends of the pin are riveted pneumatically or hydraulically.
